I have been a licensed Vermont real estate agent since 2015, having been involved in over 125 transactions - from land lots, residential, condos, and commercial investments.

As an eighth-generation Vermonter currently raising the ninth, I’m a "woodchuck" through and through. I grew up in Essex (Go Hornets!) before attending Champlain College and UVM. My bloodline has been in and around the Champlain Valley since before the Civil War. Put my local knowledge and experience to work for you.

As a history buff and natural storyteller, I love learning about and discovering new places in my home state.

Ruth Steinmetz

Designer & Dwellness Consultant

My passion for interior design and wellness has been a steady undercurrent throughout my career in communication, marketing, and web design. I bring over seven years of experience as a consummate communicator and designer working in the non-profit, government, and education sectors.

I hold a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Emergent Media from Champlain College. My thesis project focused on creating spaces in our communities for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation; I even built what I call an Oasis Pod out of plywood and various cutting-edge and everyday materials in the shape of a dodecahedron to provide respite from daily demands. As a native of Kenya, I enjoy blending various styles and believe in making design and wellness practices accessible to all.
